4. What is the limit on age for the vehicle….is a 2009 built / 2010 compliance vehicle be ok and how long would it be suitable for Uber.
   Do you go by Build date or compliance for age of vehicle ( imported vehicles which may have a large gap between the 2 dates.)Many thanks

    1. Yes, a ford focus is approved for Uber. An Uber driver’s vehicle age must be 9 years or less (counting from the current year).

       Hatchbacks are generally not approved for UberX but some are approved for UberGO services. You can contact your local Uber office to verify if it is approved for your city.

       Pickup cars are generally not approved for uber, you need a sedan car to be able to drive with uber.
