I love Uber! But I made a bad mistake last nigh, Tuesday, September1st.. Our driver was Elizabeth in Athens GA. She was the far best driver we have ever had. Elizabeth dropped us off at a restaurant. A friend asked to use my phone at the restaurant. The rating for Elizabeth was on my I-phone screen.
My friend, unbeknownst to me had not been in the car with us, rated Elizabeth a # 1………She told me after the fact. I want to correct that rating with Uber. She deserved a #5 or what ever the top number would be. Can you possibly take care of that?
Thank you so much. Uber is great…..My friends and family all use it here in this college town.

  a) Log in to your Uber app
  b) Click the icon at the top left (a black silhouette)
  c) Click History
  d) Find the ride in question
  e) Click “Need Help”
  f) Select “I had an issue with my driver”
  g) Select “I gave my driver the wrong rating”
  
  You should now be presented a field to correct the rating.
  Enter your new rating – which i believe is (5) and you should be good to go.

I have been trying to reach Uber through their customer service email at [email protected] and with to no avail no one responds. The trouble I am having is I forgot my password and which email I used as the login to the app. I have two emails so I tried to place one at a time and then hit forgot password to see if Uber would send me a password to reset. I don’t get any responses. I would like to continue using Uber but at this time without my account information I can’t. I even tried setting up a new account but since my cell number is already in the system it says cell number already registered. I need some help. Any suggestions?

  Have you tried going in to the Uber office for your city? You should go in and prove your identity. You should try that, if you are not getting an email response. From what you describe, they might think it is someone trying to take over another persons account.

  a) Log in to your Uber passenger app (on your phone)
  b) Click the profile icon at the top left (it’s a small silhouette of a man)
  c) Click on History
  d) Find the ride(s) you want
  e) You can take screenshots of the individual rides
  f) Then send them to your email
  
  FYI – after every ride, you typically should get an email receipt of your ride. Did you check your spam to see if the receipts are there?

Uber, for the most part, has an umbrella policy with a deductible of $1000 (in most US cities). So, if you have an accident and the cost of repair is less than $1,000, you either file a claim with your personal or commercial/livery automobile insurance company. Note – some personal insurance policies will not cover Uber (so be careful about this)- You might get dropped from your insurance. The bottom line is do your due diligence.

hello i recently started driving in manchester, new hampshire, usa. my state (nh) had a few towns listed when i signed up. maybe 3. when i look at the online map on the app itself(go online), it shows me tons of random areas 5-10-15 even 20miles away from the original cities that are yellow/orange over large areas. i know this is the volume/demand surge maps. what im wondering, is it possible the demand is faster than the demand for posting in new cities and i should just go drive out and take a look. or could it be a glitch in the mapping software. ive refreshed, restarted, and moved the map. if you have info rather than a generalized link i would appreciate it as im literally 4hours from going out to drive. thanks in advance. ~Ben
